Below is the standard functionality within ClickHome for resending failed messages. If you experience other behaviour please contact the HelpDesk

When a Fax fails to send, and you plan to Resend the fax through an alternate contact method, for instance email:
 
When the fax fails the following message is outputted ;
"FAILURE: Fax has not yet been delivered and more than 3 hours have passed."
 
A new duplicate message is created when you press 'Resend Alt' in ClickHome and choose Email.
 
The original failure to send a fax now stays in the system in the message table with the updated Receipt Details;
"SUCCESS: Message was either unsent or failed, and has been resent to an alternate address"

The updated Transmission Details should now read;
"1 Manually resent to an alternate address at DATE X"
