Hover over the task to see how many tasks are completed / outstanding with the summary.

a green line indicates the percentage complete of all tasks with that summary.<br><br>eg. 1 task complete and 1 task 50% means overall progress for the summary = 75%

Double Click to open up associated tasks.

List of tasks shows here, multiple tasks can be viewed with the same summary.

Based on your permissions you can now delegate, accept, complete or set a due date to the tasks.

Dragging columns to the header allows you to filter results.<br><br>Dragging a summary filters the result set based on <b>forecasted</b> date. (Last week, this week, next week, next month, next year)

You can now plan your work accordingly.

To close the filter click on the group header.

You can quickly navigate to the job by clicking on the Job No.

Doubleclick <span class=""><i><b>the summary header to go to the Task Calendar View.</b></i></span>

You can see when tasks are to be done.

Click on the More button to show all tasks for that day.

Double Click&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>on task name to open task details.</b></i></span>

You can now action this task.

Click <span class=""><i><b>task list to return to the work flow dashboard.</b></i></span>
