The Trade Allocation tool allows you to visualize resource utilization across groups of tasks and jobs to see that your best trades are being kept busy, and that your jobs are not being delayed by over allocation work. You can see jobs across multiple supervisors, regions and resource groups (eg brick layers, tilers, carpenters etc) and see both un-allocated and scheduled work and utilized and available trades.

To check your maximum resource allocation go to&nbsp;<span class=""><i><b>Resources</b></i></span>

Click <span class=""><i><b>Suppliers</b></i></span>

Click <span class=""><i><b>Supplier Details</b></i></span>

Click <span class=""><i><b>resource pool</b></i></span>

Production Units shows you how many jobs can be done per day.<br>3 indicates max of 3 jobs per day.

Now go to Trade Allocation

Click <span class=""><i><b>Construction Manager to display list of Managers</b></i></span>

Click <span class="component"><i><b>highlight</b></i></span>

Tick to view selected Supervisors.

Choose your Resource codes to Schedule.

Hover over task to see tooltip.

Click <span class=""><i><b>task to see details</b></i></span>

Task details are shown here

Drag and drop items to your preferred subcontractor

if a vendor is overloaded it will be highlighted in red

To view a task in its callsheet, click on the task

Click <span class=""><i><b>on callsheet</b></i></span>

your task in the callsheet is highlighted here.

To see all your changes click on changed items

if you want to undo a changed item click on the item

Click <span class=""><i><b>restore</b></i></span>

Click Schedule to see the changes have applied

Schedule has been restored

To save the changes and send Call Ups click on Save

Changes have saved succesfully

To change your view, colours tooltips etc, click on Options.

Click <span class=""><i><b>to change your view</b></i></span>

You can colour code these items using different colour schemes.

To save the current or load your previous filters, click on Templates

To save click add.

Now you can rename this for your personal use.

Click <span class=""><i><b>save</b></i></span>

TO Load a new template choose a template.

Now Click Apply
